Ruby Maldonado is the President of Roof
Toppers of El Paso, Inc. VP of EP Fabtech Metals MFG, and EP Rapid
Disposal. Gaining many years of experience within the Construction
Industry, working alongside her Husband, and creating employment
opportunities for her community. Ruby is an El Paso native and serves
as a Board Member for Workforce Solutions Borderplex , she is part of
the Youth and Education Committee. And recently became part of the
Council for WBCC. Ruby is an example and Powerful force in the
workplace, with her positive attitude, motivation, and perseverance.
She is not only limited to running her Businesses, but also the lead
Singer in the Band You’re the Alibi, she enjoys writing music, art, and is
currently writing a book of short stories and poems.
