Liz Reveles is the owner/consultant at Rev it Up! Consulting Group, which specializes in Leadership and Staff Development. “I grew up in Corporate America,” Liz likes to say since it was her first “real” job that lasted almost 30 years. Navigating through the ever-changing structures, Liz noticed early on that good leaders make you want to work hard, believe in yourself, and bring out your best. Liz’s passion for leadership development grew, as did her positioning inside a Fortune 50 company in training, coaching, and development for leaders.
Along with Liz’s corporate experience and education, a bachelor’s in business management, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, Liz’s learning development experience propelled her into her second act. Liz’s passion is to bring out the superpower in leaders, so they created inclusive and empowered environments. Liz knows leaders who stay relevant and can change their behaviors to achieve positive results see the most success. In 2020, Liz completed her Master’s Certification in Industrial/Organizational Psychology to stay relevant for her clients. Liz is also a leadership and business instructor at El Paso Community College and a certified Life Coach.
Liz has found a new passion for moderating panels and public speaking. Liz has moderated CEO panels for the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and served as emcee and panel moderator for the El Paso Chamber Women in Business Conference. Liz also served as a speaker for the North American Women In Construction Conference and The Millionaire Mindset in San Antonio, Texas. Liz is also a leadership instructor at El Paso Community College.
Liz is a native New Mexican but calls El Paso home since she has been here for over 50 years. Liz has been married to her husband Leo for 25 years, and their son Anthony is an anime voice actor and director based out of Dallas, Texas. Liz and her husband share their home with Liz’s spunky 94-year-old mother and five fur babies.
