Myriam Guerrero is a seasoned financial leader, currently appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Workforce Solutions Borderplex (WSB). In this role, she expertly guides a dedicated team of professionals responsible for ensuring the organization’s fiscal well-being. Beyond financial stewardship, Myriam also takes charge of several vital departments, including Contracts and Purchasing and Workplace (Information Technology and Facilities).
In addition to her impressive financial career, Myriam is a 2023 Texas Leadership Women cohort graduate, adding to her credentials as a forward-thinking professional. She is not just a financial luminary but is deeply invested in her community. Myriam holds the distinguished position of Vice Chair on the board of The Salvation Army of El Paso, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to charitable endeavors. Furthermore, she actively participates in the Women’s Business Border Center Advisory Council, a collaboration with the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), where her insights and expertise empower women in business.
Myriam’s dedication to her profession is further exemplified by her membership in the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), where she once served as the President of the El Paso Chapter. Her involvement extends to the Greater El Paso Football Showcase, where she actively supports the local football community and its initiatives, including providing college scholarships for local high school athletes.

She has been honored with the prestigious Yellow Rose of Texas by Governor Greg Abbott, recognizing her outstanding volunteer and community service. Additionally, Myriam is a recipient of The Honorable Order of Molly Pitcher, bestowed by the U.S. Field Artillery Association (USFAA) and the Air Defense Artillery Association (ADAA) in recognition of her significant voluntary contributions to improving the U.S. Field Artillery Community.
In addition to her numerous achievements, Myriam owns a successful Tint World Franchise in El Paso, TX, where her business acumen and dedication to excellence shine through. She is also an active member of the Tint World Franchise Advisory Council, where she plays a vital role in shaping the franchise’s national success.
